You will build EvaEsi's hiring pipeline: sourcing candidates for a demanding set of launch roles, running a process that respects people's time, and keeping every candidate informed from first contact to decision. The bar is high and the roles are real; your job is to find the people who clear it.

Build and run the hiring pipeline for the launch roles.
Source candidates directly for technical and non-technical roles.
Run a process that respects candidates' time.
Keep scorecards, feedback and offers moving.
Represent EvaEsi well in every conversation.
