Usage is counted in rungs
A rung is one character of answer at Focus. Your own messages are not counted. You choose a level for each request, and deeper levels use more rungs for each character.

Your month comes in four weekly shares
A busy day cannot use up your month. When you pass this week's share, borrow from the rest of the month with one click.
Start your next month early
When the month is used, start the next one now at your plan's price, or wait. Your billing date moves to the day you start. Turn on automatic early renewal with a monthly cap you set.
The meter shows what is left
See the rungs and weeks left, and how fast each level uses rungs. A notice arrives at 50, 75, 90 and 100% of your month.
Fast and Brain
Switch on Fast for a quicker answer at Look or Focus, on every plan. Switch on Brain for extra reasoning, from Standard up. One or the other, not both.
No plan is unlimited
Unused rungs do not carry over to the next month. On a yearly plan, borrow within the month, then add rungs or a month at the monthly price.

Monthly extras stack on your plan until you cancel them. One-time rungs last 12 months, oldest first. EvaEsi uses your plan's rungs first, then monthly extras, then one-time rungs.

Choose a seat for each person. Ultralight and Basic seats share one EvaEsi for your team, with each person's area locked to them. A Premium seat has its own EvaEsi and storage.

- A team has at least five seats, or three if every seat is Premium.
- Every team has at least one Basic or Premium seat, which holds the admin role.
- The smallest team, one Basic and four Ultralight seats, costs £67$79€79 a month.
- Rungs are pooled across the team. Set caps by department or person, with alerts at 50, 75, 90 and 100%.
- Members can ask for more, and an admin approves. Extra rungs can be bought for the team.
API usage is priced by level
On the API platform you create rooms. Each room is one EvaEsi with its own memory, files and storage, shared by any number of API keys. Give each of your users a room, and they keep their context across your products.

You set the level on each request. You pay from prepaid credit, with automatic top-up and spend limits. New accounts start with a £100 monthly limit, which rises with payment history and account age. Creating rooms needs a card on file. The Developer plan includes £5 of API credit every month.
Enterprise runs on an annual agreement
You commit to a year's spend in rungs, from £20,000 a year, used across your organisation's rooms. Usage beyond the commitment is invoiced monthly at your contract rate. Billing follows your Order Form and Master Services Agreement.

Can I sign up now?
EvaEsi has not launched yet. Sign-up and payment open when EvaEsi launches.
What is a rung?
A rung is one character of answer at Focus. Your own messages are not counted. Look uses half a rung for each character, and Duet, High and Hyper use more.
What happens when I pass this week's share?
Nothing stops. Borrow from the rest of the month with one click.
What happens when my month runs out?
Start your next month now at your plan's price, or wait for your billing date. You can also add extra rungs.
Do unused rungs carry over?
No. Plan rungs and monthly extras reset each month. One-time rungs last 12 months, and the oldest are used first.
What are Fast and Brain?
Fast gives a quicker answer at Look or Focus, on every plan. Brain brings extra reasoning into the work, from Standard up. You can switch on one or the other, not both.
Will there be a free trial at launch?
The launch plans include seven days of Standard with a card on file, once per person. It continues as Standard unless you cancel, and we remind you before the first charge.
Is any plan unlimited?
No. Every plan has a monthly allowance of rungs and its own storage.
What counts towards my storage?
Files you upload, including files you add to a chat. Your conversations and EvaEsi's own system data do not count.
Do prices include tax?
Prices in pounds and euros include VAT. Prices in dollars are shown before sales tax, which is added at the rate where you live.
Can prices change?
We never change the price of a period you have paid for. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a future price changes, and you can cancel before it does.
What if a bill looks wrong?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the invoice date. Say which invoice, which line and why, and pay the part you agree with.
