The Rubicon Roadmap

Forlais is building towards a future where artificial intelligence is not only more capable, but fundamentally different in how it is developed, delivered and powered.

Five Years. One Direction.2027–2032 | From a new generation of intelligence to a new generation of computing.

Our five-year roadmap begins with the global introduction of EvaEsi and advances through enterprise adoption, international infrastructure, continued frontier research and the development of Talos, our dedicated computing programme.

  1. 012027–2028

    Introducing EvaEsi to the World

Our first commercial milestone is the launch of EvaEsi, bringing our original AI research into the hands of people and organisations across the world.

Built around one model and a connected ecosystem of applications, EvaEsi introduces a different approach to working with intelligence. This first year establishes the foundation for global adoption, developer participation and the beginning of enterprise deployment.

  2. 022028–2029

    Extending Intelligence Across Enterprise

As EvaEsi grows, Forlais will expand its capabilities across businesses, industries and institutions.

Through enterprise workspaces, developer infrastructure, APIs and Magnify, our objective is to give organisations greater control over how intelligence operates within their own environments.

Alongside commercial expansion, Forlais will continue advancing its underlying research and the early development of Talos.

  3. 032029–2030

    Building a Global Foundation

The third year focuses on extending Forlais beyond an AI platform into a globally established technology institution.

We expand internationally, strengthen independent infrastructure, support increasingly complex intelligent systems and develop the next generations of our research.

This period also marks a major transition for Talos, as its computing research progresses towards the first experimental silicon.

  4. 042030–2031

    Bringing Talos to Life

Forlais has never stopped at developing AI models.

The fourth year centres on taking our computing research into physical hardware, validating the first Talos silicon and preparing it for real-world integration.

Developed around Compression-Native Architecture, Talos extends intelligent computing beyond conventional infrastructure, creating new possibilities for capable AI operating locally and independently.

  5. 052031–2032

    Talos, the next frontier

Our five-year destination is the beginning of Talos chip distribution.

We introduce our first commercial Talos processors to hardware developers, enterprises and integration partners.

From everyday applications to specialised computing, our longer-term vision is to make a new foundation for intelligence available across an increasingly broad range of devices and systems.

From original research to global applications, independent infrastructure and purpose-built computing.

Forlais will be a recognised name in frontier intelligence, not simply through what we discover, but through what people and organisations can achieve with the technologies we build.

This roadmap sets out Forlais’ strategic objectives. Future milestones are subject to technical validation, investment, manufacturing and commercial requirements.
