EvaEsi is a whole new model line, built on the research from Forlais. It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it. Every company needs someone who keeps things running properly. Records people can find, suppliers paid on time, new starters set up before their first day. That is this role. You will run the day-to-day admin across the company, from supplier and contract records through to scheduling, onboarding logistics, expenses and invoices. It suits someone organised who wants to grow with a company from its early days.
Responsibilities
Run day-to-day administration across EvaEsi.
Keep supplier, contract and company records findable and current.
Support onboarding logistics before new starters arrive.
Help with scheduling, expenses and invoice preparation.
Handle confidential information carefully and discreetly.
