The Community Manager is the human at the other end of public threads. They reply, route, escalate, and keep a public record of what is being asked. They are part of the communications team but work closely with research and EvaEsi platform on accuracy.
Responsibilities
Run public reply and DM coverage across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and developer channels associated with EvaEsi.
Maintain reply-style and tone documentation and review contributors against it.
Triage technical, press, security, and HR enquiries that land in social inboxes to the right institutional route.
Surface community questions and themes weekly to research, platform, and press leads.
Escalate safety, abuse, and disclosure matters to the on-call lead under FOR-STM-203 and FOR-STM-105.
What we look for
Two or more years running public community surfaces for a technical or research organisation.
Comfortable saying 'we will not comment on that publicly' politely and consistently.
Demonstrable judgement on when a thread needs to be escalated rather than answered.
